2. What is the payment policy?
We require a 30% advance to confirm your booking. The remaining 70% must be paid 7 days prior to the departure date. We accept UPI, Bank Transfers, and Credit Cards.
3. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 15 days before the trip will receive a full refund minus a nominal processing fee. Cancellations within 7-14 days will incur a 50% charge. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of travel.
4. Is the Volvo AC or Non-AC?
We use only Premium AC Semi-Sleeper Volvos for maximum comfort.
5. Can we customize the hotel?
Yes, you can upgrade to 4-Star or 5-Star properties at an additional cost. Contact us for a custom quote.
